Date of Event : Tue Nov 1, 2016 12:56PM
Colin Harris after a club record breaking partnership with Tait Spowart

Colin Harris becomes the 9th Yallingup-Oddbods Cricketer to play 250 club matches. He played his first game for the club in 1995 and last week he took his career runs tally past 5,000 with a huge 6! Harry averages 23 with the bat and 16.8 with the ball needing just 4 wickets to break into the exclusive 200 wickets 5000 runs club. The only person currently in that club is our life member Phil Foster.

Harry shares two all time record partnerships for the club. His 5th wicket stand of 145 with Jock Embry against Cowaramup in 2014 and his 6th wicket partnership of 142 with Tait Spowart against Margaret River in 2015.

Colin has been a mentor to many Yobs Cricket Club players and a role model for many more. His leadership has shone through the club and his love of the game is infectious. Harry captained our A-Grade for three years and was a premiership winning captain in 2005-06. In total he has won 6 A-Grade Premierships over the years!

Congratulations on an outstanding achievement!
